The Car Wash Show is the world’s largest car wash convention and trade show, and one of North America’s top 200 largest exhibitions. Approximately 6,000 attendees from more than 30 countries attend the annual event, which features 125,000 square feet of exhibits and 20 hours of business seminars.
Last year the International Carwash Association was considering bringing the show to Chicago’s McCormick Place from its home in Las Vegas in 2013. But, when a federal court ruling invalidated labor changes at the venue enacted by the state legislature, the association decided to keep the show in Vegas.
A year later, after the labor reforms were approved, The Car Wash Show has elected to bring the show back to Chicago for the 2014 Expo.
The show will remain in Vegas for 2012 and 2013 and then head to Chicago March 31-April 2, 2014.The expo was last held in Chicago in 2002. It has been held in Las Vegas for the past six years.
